Well that was stupid… even if they didn’t know that someone was after them It’s still dangerous to suggest a 6 year old to wander alone with not enough guards, and considering the duke is out there’d be more chances of getting in trouble with people. But for the sake of the plot, this happened🧍♀️
Its kinda weird how stupid protagonists of storries behave. If they wanted to buy something they should work it out before hand, let aditional guards go before them. Even if they didnt have any trouble before they are in high position so they can have kidnaping anytime. In cases of wealthy people, and i dont even mean someone realy rich, just above averge, You can have kidnaping anytime, of course in case of regular rich people who dont stick to much its less likely to happen but there is always a risk. And in those fantasy world times where rich people had much better clothes its obvious who can be kidnaped for good ransom.
Guesing next chapter:
They will start to look for Casel, due to fact that Sheriel is in fact some kind of fairy descendant she will use some kind of power to find him, they will be atacked by those kidnapers but Casel will take them out. Later they will catch this marchiones and help this teacher. Anyway i hope it wont take 10 chapters to resolve this isue. 2 chapters tops

This is so true, I dont know what its like in asia but here in europe,western one,europe union, we have to stupid laws about pedestrians and bicycle riders that we get more traffic accidents than before. In western europe we have it for longer and effects are still the same, pedestrians stoped thinking and they walking before cars without even looking. They think car driver see them when they going from behind some car or walking straight and sudelny go on crosswalk. We have lots of videos where kids also learn this stupid think and get hit by cars. Or run away from parents because they not hold they hands strong enought.
No, I mean, they usually are smart, but this time it was just stupid… They know they are important and need protection… if the maid planed to give Casel a chance to buy a present, then they should have had double amount of guards. 😓
