This story really is dragging. Usually, manhwas start picking up at chapter 60 or within that range, not at chapter 111. Her kid has barely aged, there is no progression in the plot, and the relationships between characters are one in the same (they don’t stick out).
There is no romance. A tiny bit of political strife, not nearly enough though. The translation is getting confusing. Some things, such as obtaining a spirit king, are simply thrown in for plot armor.
I like this story, however, it has become painfully boring and now I’m stuck reading it for the possibility of it getting better.
I mean, what is the author’s plan anyways? A 300 chapter manhwa?
