If she was had no other option people wouldn’t be so mad but she has many options she could lie and say maybe it’s her cousin’’s child or something, it does not have to work it only matter’s if she puts an effort or not and she doesn’t, she just lets a guy believe he had a child with the love of his life and found her after a long time of suffering and depression for him, it’s just sad what the ml is going through
