The ml character growth gets reset way to much o don’t mind someone still having issues with certain things even after they have been resolved that’s normal but not the same shit all the time and yeah I get they’re like oh she has health issues and getting pregnant might be hard for her but didn’t they mention that they’re actively trying for a baby so like show that, show that it’s not working and have issues about that or yeah get pregnant

I might get hate but screw it , good story indeed it is but it has 2 major flaws
1.we are so deep into the story and the couple doesn’t even have one kid , yeah yeah give me all the reason to not have them but it feels stupid to drag it so much
2. ML gets character assassination every arc , the grow he gets as a character gets scratched and reseted in the start of all the arcs just for the sake of a cute moment
And have sex already FFS

Some people want to have more conflict in their romance stories. This one is just about a couple falling in love and experiencing the early stages of love. Their are a lot of cure moments that will make you blush.
