Just because character development exists, it doesn’t mean your character needs to have the personality of stale bread. It makes readers bored.

The art is top-tier and the male lead is super good-looking, but I’m having mixed feelings about the characters. In my opinion, the FL doesn’t have any outstanding qualities; she’s strong, pretty, and gets excited about money but that’s pretty much it. Like there isn’t anything that makes her personality stand out from the rest, in other words, she’s a rock.
ML is cocky and uses anything he can get to his advantage, which is alright knowing his situation, but I can’t like him completely yet.
Nonetheless, I’m interested in how the story develops.
