The stupidest the author did to mc’s is helping cure his abusive family. Are you sure if this happens to you in real life you will help cure the people who abuse you all your life? This is a good read.. but the author should’ve just made into a reincarnation manhwa instead of weirdly giving the MC an OP modern medical skills out of nowhere other than that this is a really nice manhwa that shows what humanity should really be is..
