To chapter 6, the story and the plot seem a little empty. FL explained how the world was fiction, yet as a reader, I know nothing about the world or the important aspects of the plot. I don’t know if that’s a world-building issue or a translation issue. Nonetheless, it’s confusing.
Plus, unless I skimmed over something, the FL doesn’t really explain her situation properly. Like how did she become a test subject? was she brainwashed or kidnapped? that may be a TL error tho.
And not only that, the FL herself is a bit…generic. She sounds very robotic and unemotional, and her motivations are unclear. She says she wants to survive, but shows no effort in doing so.
At the moment, she resembles a doll more than anything. Of course I’m not saying she has to be happy-go-lucky since she’s in a rough situation right now, but the reason why the ML is so drawn towards her is confusing. We were never showed or told about their relationship prior, nor did we see them naturally gravitate towards each other throughout the story. But it’s only chapter 6, so there’s room for potential. These are just my concerns for the story right now.

The story would’ve had a potential because of the ML but other than that it’s terrible!
