   @Nuthaggle14, Theodore is the duchess’ grandson. He was that guy who was coming from abroad after studying (if you remember reading around 77-78, the 2 men from Jason’s Mother’s side were talking about making Tara as an ally, so they looked for a prospective groom candidate for Tara that’s him, Theodore)

   @catfish, I’ve been reading this since last year (was it last year?) when there are only 18 chapters lmao. I was heartbroken to see that it has 1.9k views and wasn’t rated. I didnt notice that it was newly uploaded in harimanga. Ive been reading the mtls of the novel after its hiatus so i was so excited when i saw it being updated in here.

    Also, not all the characters are likeable at first but they kept on growing as the events unfold. Its been a torture to read this while on going so i havent noticed how the fml transformed too. Also, if you can notice that at the first chapter, the fml was fat- it took her years with a lot of effort and discipline to shed some weight. Of all the manhwas I’ve seen, this is the only one that portrayed that part well, where the fml struggled to change her eating habits and exercise a ton before finally losing the weight. Her being “beautiful” wasnt the reason why the prince fell in love with her. It was because of her strong willed personality, wits and brazen character that made him fell in love- hard. People around her (close aides as weel as her fam) started recognizing her even before she lost all the weight. Also, the reason why the fml wanted to lose weight was to be strong enough to protect herself (she wielded an axe and built muscles/ lost fat in the process) and to prove that she’s willing to change. from that trashy incompetent and ‘ugly’ daughter of the family to somewhat decent and worthy of her father’s title… she showed discipline and determination.

    I feel that this manhwa is so underrated. Maybe because of the unique art style? Please, if you’re contemplating whether to read this or not, just read it. It is worth your time. The art syltyle is different but once you grasp the plot, the art would just add charm on the story. Both the ml and the fml are not cringey or overly “in love” with each other. And istg, the twists and turn in the plot are not childish. The fml is not a damsel in distress but rather a strong and smart. It was her who do the rescuing and not the other way around. She also slowly, step by step, gained not only her father’s favor but her siblings’ acknowledgement too. Ackkk- she’s not dense too (as she felt that the prince is slowly taking an interest towards her, and kept re confirming to his highness “do you like me?” Until he said yes)
