They also reveal it to ease their guilt like they had reasons to murder them. Most do this cuz everyone is t a psychopath.

i feel main reason y villains reveal there plot while seeing there Target is coz to accomplish their full happiness to show off there true nature and villain nature

I do understand the monologue at the end though. It’s where it hurts the most, knowing your tragedies at your lowest. It breaks the spirit of the victim. It’ll only happen though if 1. A psychopath or even a sociopath and 2. Great envy, hatred or something along those lines.

Yeah, villains revealing their whole plan at the end doesn’t seem unrealistic at all. Especially if they’re psychopaths, narcissists, or have some sort of superiority complex.

Many villains reveal the reasons for their actions whether they WIN or LOSE actually, it happens in betrayal stories like this and I mean even serial killers have interviews it’s not too unrealistic 🤷♀️

They feel if they at least told them the truth they’ve gain the whole world🤗
Petra123
They do that in an attempt to ease their guilt

@MiscMech, exactly, It’s so annoying.
They are going to die anyway so let them die peacfully
MiscMech
Why the heck do villains always feel the need to monologue on the protagonist’s death bed??? She’s dying. You won. go have a nap or something…
