The Thorn That Pierces Me

I was suddenly transported to an unfamiliar world. Faced with an unfamiliar language and the constant threat of zombies called “Mannock”, just when I was about to loose all hope, a man appeared.

“A foreigner?”

He was my savior, the only person in this world who did not want to harm me. He picked up a woman in desperate need of help. What should he do with this woman?

“If I think you’re waiting for me, I think I can do anything. Anything to come back to you…”

“A mercenary and mysterious man who hunts Mannock, Kalix Clovis”

“Once we reach the city, I will never meet you again.”

“Okay?”

He carefully grabed her forearm, his bright blue eyes staring straight at her.

“Until then, stay by my side.”
