It makes sense in a way, if you think about it literally. What they meant by homophobic is that she feels unusually disturbed by the blonde boy because he acts the same way that she used to. The root ‘homo’ means same and ‘phobia’ means fear.
Obviously it’s not the context an English speaker would use it though.

Yes that’s right, sometimes there is some word that asian usualy uses that can’t be translated like some idioms or proverbs because of that many translater usually puts some note for the meaning of that phrase but i think in this case the translater forgets to put it
